Watching our neighbor across the street, Larry, mow the lawn, is one of Jack's favorite things to do. It doesn't matter if Jack is in the middle of going potty. He doesn't miss a single mowing session!
Jack is really doing well with his potty training. It is the end of the first full week of real potty training this weekend. Chris has been very dedicated, putting Jack on the potty chair every 15 minutes all day long! His underwear stayed dry all day today! He did have an accident though, and not a wet one. Chris said that Jack announced loudly, "Dad, poop!" Chris thought this was the perfect opportunity to really convince him to try to go on the potty chair but it was too late. Poor Chris.
Savannah and Jack ready for their baths. Savvy is finally growing into her long butt crack. When I first saw my daughter's bottom when she was a newborn I was quite worried that she would always have a long skinny butt. However, she is growing into it quite nicely!
Tonight it was waaaayyy too hot to do anything outside so we decided to take the kids to the little Marshalltown mall for the kiddie rides in the center of the mall. They were a hit.
Savannah didn't quite fit next to Jack. But she still liked to hold on as it drove along.
Savannah is going to move into Jack's carseat next month, so this is likely Jack's last photo in this seat.
And Savvy has waaayyy outgrown her infant carseat but we want to keep her rear facing for as long as we can.
Tomorrow is Aunt Christina's 30th birthday. Jack and Savvy want to wish their favorite Aunt TT a very Happy Birthday! We love you Christina! Hope you have a wonderful birthday celebration in Chicago!!
