Last Saturday we went to Cascade Falls, a new waterpark in Ankeny. Christina suggested the park since she had been there once before. We had a great time. Jack loved the big kiddie play area, and Savannah had a ton of fun testing out her walking skills in the water. Christina joined us and it was fun for me and Christina to go on a few of the adult slides, and she watched the kids so Chris and I could go down the slides together. There was a lazy river, tons of slides, a huge kiddie area, a surf board wave pool, diving boards and lots of space. By the time we left and saw some of the beautiful neighborhoods in Ankeny, Chris was suggesting we research the area for the future!

We loved how the park was so laid back and did not seem to be uptight with tons of rules.
We were exhausted trying to keep Jack happy with lots of slide rides.
The kids didn't want their water in sippy cups, just the chlorinated pool water.
Savannah loves to wear Daddy's Husker hat
She was wiped out and fell asleep within two minutes of getting in the car
Jack on the other hand, refuses to ever sleep in his carseat. What a stinker.
