This past weekend we made the trip to Sioux City to finally meet little baby Noah! He is about six weeks old and I was so excited to finally hold him in my arms. He is one healthy little guy, eating and sleeping well and he is absolutely perfect!
The Roder Family: Luke, Noah, Courtney, and Brooklynn
This was our second take and Brook was being camera shy, and it looks like Noah is trying to steal the show with his facial expressions.
A beautiful family, that is for sure!
Grandma with grandchild number four!!
Cousins pizza party!
Brook is a wonderful big sister, helping her mom and dad do all sorts of things for Noah. She was also a wonderful cousin to Jack and Savannah, playing with them, sharing with them, and teaching them new games.
Chris and I were so excited to eat El Fredos, seriously the BEST pizza ever….we miss it so much and always jump at the chance to eat it when we are in Sioux City. Mom’s chocolate cake was yummy too!
We finished our weekend with Mass and breakfast at Perkins. It was a quick trip but it was so much fun. It gave us a glimpse of what it would be like to live in the same town with our families. Grandparents, siblings, cousins for our kids, laughter, good pizza (haha), and lots of fun. I am so proud of Luke and Courtney and the family they have created. Their love story is unique and very special. They are amazing parents and I am so happy for all the blessings they have received.
